الخدمةThe service

كنز خدمة سحابية تتيح للتاجر تشغيل برنامج ولاء: بطاقات المحفظة، والنقاط والأختام والمكافآت، وشاشة الكاشير، والتقارير، والتكاملات.KNZ is a cloud service that lets a merchant run a loyalty program: wallet cards, points, stamps and rewards, a cashier screen, reports and integrations.

الاشتراك والتجربةSubscription and trial

• يبدأ كل حساب جديد بتجربة مجانية لباقة النمو مدة يوماً، بلا بطاقة دفع.Every new account starts with a free trial of the Growth plan for days, with no card needed.
• بعد التجربة ينتقل الحساب إلى الباقة المجانية ما لم تختر باقة مدفوعة. الاشتراك للحساب كله والفروع مشمولة حسب الباقة، شهرياً أو سنوياً، بالأسعار المعروضة في صفحة الأسعار، وتُضاف ضريبة القيمة المضافة عند الدفع.After the trial the account moves to the Free plan unless you pick a paid plan. The subscription is for the whole account, with the branches its plan includes, monthly or yearly, at the prices on the pricing page; VAT is added at checkout.
• الرسائل والمزوّدون الخارجيون، مثل مزوّد الذكاء الاصطناعي، تُحسب خارج الاشتراك.Messages and outside providers, such as the AI provider, are billed outside the subscription.

النقاط والمكافآتPoints and rewards

• النقاط مكافأة ترويجية يمنحها التاجر، وليست نقوداً ولا قيمة مخزّنة، ولا تُصرف نقداً ولا تُحوَّل.Points are a promotional reward from the merchant. They are not money or stored value, and cannot be cashed out or transferred.
• التاجر هو من يحدد قواعد برنامجه ومكافآته، وهو المسؤول عنها أمام عملائه.The merchant sets its program's rules and rewards and is responsible for them to its customers.
• يمكن تعليق النقاط المشبوهة للمراجعة أو عكسها عند إرجاع المشتريات.Suspicious points may be held for review, and points are reversed when a purchase is refunded.

بطاقات الهداياGift cards

• التاجر يبيع بطاقة الهدية في كاشير محله، وثمنها يُدفع للتاجر ويحصّله التاجر نفسه. كنز لا يستلم ولا يحتفظ ولا يحوّل أي أموال؛ هو يسجّل الكود والقيمة والرصيد والاستخدامات فقط.The merchant sells a gift card at its own till; the price is paid to the merchant and collected by the merchant. KNZ never receives, holds or transfers any money; it only records the code, the amount, the balance and the uses.
• التاجر هو المسؤول أمام عملائه عن قيمة البطاقة واستخدامها واسترداد ثمنها إن وُجد، وفق قواعده وأنظمة بلده.The merchant is responsible to its customers for the card's value, its use and any refund, under its own rules and its country's law.

اكشط واكسبScratch and win

• نتيجة كل بطاقة يحددها الخادم عند إصدارها، لا تطبيق العميل، وتُعرض نسب الفوز للعميل كما ضبطها التاجر. الجوائز مكافآت ترويجية من التاجر، بلا شراء إضافي ولا رهان.Each card's result is decided by the server when it is issued, never by the customer's app, and the customer sees the odds the merchant set. Prizes are the merchant's promotional rewards, with no extra purchase or stake.

الاستخدام المقبولAcceptable use

• لا يُرسل التاجر رسائل تسويقية إلا لمن وافق عليها.A merchant sends marketing messages only to people who agreed to them.
• يُمنع التلاعب بالفواتير أو النقاط أو محاولة الوصول إلى بيانات تاجر آخر.Tampering with receipts or points, or trying to reach another merchant's data, is not allowed.
• يحافظ التاجر على سرية حسابات موظفيه ومفاتيح الربط.The merchant keeps its staff accounts and connection keys secret.
